This can always change, but gives you a general overview of what to expect.
You will conduct an interview via video (preferred) or phone. We want to learn about the highlights of your experience and what you're looking for in your next role. We’ll dig into what you consider your strengths and things you’d say you’re not very good at. What we look for in these conversations is vulnerability, honesty, critical thinking, and your ability to speak to your own experiences.
For the last 10 minutes, we’ll answer any questions you have, or schedule time to answer your questions.
An interview with a member of our product/engineering team to get to know you over 20-25 minutes. Largely, they’ll be getting to know about some of the projects you’ve worked on, any experience with AI, how you’ve responded to feedback, and assorted other questions to get to know you better.
For the last 5-10 minutes, we’ll answer any questions you have.
You’ll work on a coding assessment on your own time. We pay you for your time you spend on this project!
You’ll then spend 60 minutes discussing your assessment, your decisions, and reflect on the project at large with some engineers on our team!
