Overall Interview Process & What to Expect

đź‘‹ Initial Interview


An interview with a member of our Talent team to get to know you over 15-20 minutes. We want to learn about the highlights of your experience and what you're looking for in your next role. We’ll dig into what you consider your strengths and things you’d say you’re not very good at. What we look for in these conversations is vulnerability, honesty, critical thinking, and your ability to speak to your own experiences.

For the last 10 minutes, we’ll answer any questions you have.

📝 Hiring Manager Interview via Google Meets


You’ll spend 30 min with our principal product manager, showing off your product sense, storytelling and prioritization skills.

🤝 Virtual “Onsite” Interviews


You’ll have four one-hour long conversations with folks across functions that you’d likely partner with in your role. The conversations will focus on being a strong collaborator and communicator, as follows:
